Free Revisions First

Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to use our free unlimited revision service. If your song is not exactly what you imagined, we will revise it until you are completely satisfied. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly with a revision request.

How to Request a Revision

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your song via our contact page with your order number and specific feedback about what you would like changed. We will create a revised version and deliver it to your email within 48 hours.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following situations:

• You did not receive your song within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• The song was clearly not created based on the information you provided.
• Technical issues on our end prevented you from accessing or downloading your song.
• You requested a revision and the revised version still does not meet your reasonable expectations.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• You simply changed your mind after receiving and listening to the song.
• You provided incomplete or incorrect information and did not request a revision.
• The song was already downloaded and shared or used publicly.
• More than 30 days have passed since your purchase date.
• The dissatisfaction is due to personal taste or stylistic preference that was not specified in your original order.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via our contact page with the following information:

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed on our end.
