GiftYourSound creates personalized songs based on the information you provide. Each song is unique and crafted specifically for you and the person you are gifting it to.

Orders and Payment

All orders are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Prices are displayed in your local currency and include any applicable taxes.

Delivery

Your full song is delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery typically takes place within minutes to a few hours after payment is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses.

Free Preview

We offer a free 60-second preview of your song before you purchase. This preview is generated to give you an idea of what your full song will sound like. The full song may vary slightly from the preview.

Revisions

We offer free unlimited revisions if you are not satisfied with your song. To request a revision, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your song with specific feedback about what you would like changed.

Intellectual Property

Once you purchase your song, you own full rights to use it for personal purposes. You may share it on social media, play it at events, or keep it privately. You may not resell the song or claim it as your own original work for commercial purposes.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our service to create songs that contain hate speech, illegal content, or content that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
